“I Have a Dream”

As we honor the enduring legacy of Dr. King this week, please watch this short video of homeless girls and boys talking about the dreams they have. Like any kid, they aspire to be everything from doctors and firefighters, to teachers and athletes….even comedians!

Tonight, 22,000 girls and boys will go to sleep in NYC shelters – and they deserve the same chance as any other child to follow their dreams. The stability and safety of a home is essential to making those dreams come true.

We need your help in building awareness about child homelessness – as well as the affordable solutions at hand: Please help by sharing this video on Facebook or Twitter with your friends and family!

The Coalition for the Homeless thanks Rich Russo and his team at Adrenaline-Havas for their wonderful work on this project.
